Building a highly sensitive IR sensor for short-range optical location

Abstract

Highly sensitive sensor circuit for use in the near optical location is proposed and researched. Separately it addressed the issue with the suppression of DC component. The approach to the design of such devices can be universal for range of applications that require high sensitivity and a large area photodetector.
