Abstract

أسلوب العنف الجسدي دراسة مقارنة بين السنة النبوية والمنظور الاجتماعي  راشد حمدان رويشد العازمي قسم التفسير والحديث، کلية الشريعة، جامعة الکويت. البريد الإلکتروني:rashid.alazimi@ku.edu.kw  ملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى إجراء مقارنة لأسلوب العنف الجسدي بين السنة النبوية والمنظور الاجتماعي، من خلال عرض التفسيرات الاجتماعية على ما جاءت به السنة النبوية؛ لتبيان ما يتوافق معها وما يخالفها، وتم استخدام المنهج المقارن الذي يتوافق مع طبيعة الدراسة الحالية، من خلال تقسيمها إلى أربعة مطالب؛ تناول المطلب الأول: مفهوم العنف الجسدي بين السنة النبوية والمنظور الاجتماعي، بينما تناول الثاني: أسباب العنف الجسدي بين السنة النبوية والمنظور الاجتماعي، وتناول الثالث: آثار العنف الجسدي بين السنة النبوية والمنظور الاجتماعي، وأخيرا تناول المطلب الرابع: النظريات الاجتماعية المفسرة للعنف الجسدي في ميزان السنة النبوية، وأظهرت النتائج توافقا کبيرا بين ما جاءت به تفسيرات المنظور الاجتماعي لآثار وأسباب العنف الجسدي، وکيفية معالجتها، وما جاءت به السنة النبوية.   The Phenomenon of Physical Violence: A Comparative Study in between the Prophetic Sunnah and the Social Perspective  By: Rashed Hamdan Ruwaished Al- Azmi Department of Interpretation and Hadith College of Sharia and Islamic Studies Kuwait University   Abstract       This research aims at comparing the phenomenon of physical violence in between the prophetic Sunnah and the social perspective through displaying the social interpretations of what has been preached by the Sunnah. This comparison intends to show what conforms to the Sunnah and what does not. The research applies the comparative approach due to the nature of the study. It also tries to satisfy four requirements; the first one deals with the concept of physical violence in the light the prophetic Sunnah and the social perspective. Whereas the second investigates the causes of physical violence according to the Sunnah and the social perspective. As for the third requirement, it focuses on the aftermath of physical violence in both the Sunnah and the social perspective. Concerning the fourth requirements, it examines the social theories that interpret physical violence in the light of the prophetic Sunnah. Finally, the conclusion sums up the findings of this research which have proved that the prophetic Sunnah and the social perspective largely agree to the causes and aftermath of physical violence. They also agree to the methodology of treatment.
