The correlation of the types of trends in the labor market in the regions of Kazakhstan is carried out: regions with positive trends in the labor market, regions with positive dynamics according to certain indicators with a risk of deterioration of the situation, regions with a negative trend in the labor market are identified. Structural shifts in employment are investigated and their masses are calculated. The presence of polarization of workplaces was revealed.
