Analysis of the problems of organizing joint work in Udmurt project companies

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of organizing collaboration in the design using information modeling technologies. A survey was conducted of specialists developing various sections of the project, on the basis of whose answers diagrams were compiled. Based on the results of the analysis, an assessment of the level of implementation of BIM technologies in the process of organizing collaboration was made. The methods of communication and creation of a Common Data Environment used in Udmurt companies at the moment are also analyzed. The main problems related to the efficiency of the organization of the work of designers are identified, including the lack of experienced specialists and managers in the field of BIM, a low level of elaboration of regulatory documentation, unwillingness or inability to learn and use modern software at the stages of coordination, as well as the lack of experience of Russian companies compared with foreign ones.
