This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques lead to inductive data analysis which includes data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. \nThe results of this study indicate learning activities, inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing hybrid learning. Abstract

This research is motivated by government regulations regarding the implementation of education during pandemic since 2020 which regulates distance learning.
