Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) provides communication between physical and digital world. The devices sense, communicate and exchange data. This paper articulates the design and implementation of Energy Efficient Routing for IoT. Routing metrics are combined to optimize the network performance. The proposed technique makes use of fuzzy inference system to merge energy aware metrics for choosing the preferential path and to prolong the lifetime of the networks.
