The sample includes 83 hotels. Employee training is observed through the following components or dimensions: availability of training, motivation to learn, support from training, and benefits of training. The paper uses regression analysis to test the set research hypotheses. Abstract

Employee training is an important tool for improving the knowledge, skills, and competencies of employees in the labor-intensive hotel industry. Through employee training, the efficiency and effectiveness of employees' work are improved, which leads to better business performance.
