Abstract

A four-way rectangular waveguide power divider/combiner has been developed in W-band. The waveguide power divider was achieved with improved E-plane T-junction structure. The input power can be divided into four parts in same amplitude, two of the four output ports and other two are out phase. The power divider has been simulated in HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator). The simulation result shows that S11 is below -19dB in the whole W-band, S21, S31, S41 and S51 are all very close to -6dB, the insertion loss is tiny.
