Abstract

This paper discusses a new and simple method for voltage regulation of isolated Six-Phase Self-Excited Induction Generator (SPSEIG) fed VSI driven by wind turbine under unbalanced and non-linear loading conditions. The proposed scheme consists of a wind turbine, SPSEIG, Rectifier and IGBT based voltage source inverter, which keeps the generated voltage constant despite the change in the connected load.
