Abstract

Preschool education is the most important beginning part of our country’s students to receive growth education, but the kindergarten teachers who are responsible for their education are generally not recognized in the society, and the rewards and social status are not very optimistic. As a result, the training of kindergarten teachers is not valued, and students majoring in preschool education do not have a strong sense of identification with the profession of kindergarten teachers. This article is devoted to analyzing the reasons that affect the professional identity of the students who major in preschool education and proposing related solutions.
学前教育专业学生职业认同及影响因素分析
学前教育是我国学生接受成长教育最重要的起点部分,但是负责他们教育的幼儿园教师普遍得不到社会的认可,报酬和社会地位也不是很乐观。因此,幼儿园教师的培养不受重视,学前教育专业的学生对幼儿园教师这个职业的认同感不强。本文旨在分析影响学前教育专业学生职业认同的原因,并提出相应的解决方案。
