Aiming at the complexity of the mixed integer nonlinear programming problem, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in a regional power grid with a main voltage level of $110kV$. Abstract
The implementation of the Interruptible Load(IL) project will change the total power load and thus influence the network planning.
