Statistically significant variables for employment of the aged disabled include that industry, region, organizational type, company age, number of full-time workers, number of workers with disabilities, ratio of the severely disabled, ratio of types of disability, ratio of occupations, recruitment considerations, working conditions, welfare benefits, business owner support services. Abstract
