The system allows the operation of the staff to be more convenient and the data to be orderly stored. The result shows that an average usability of web application was 76.65 while mobile application was 76.25. The result of the satisfaction evaluation of both systems was at a good level. Therefore, the developed system can be applied. It's an added way to be notified anytime and anywhere.
