Abstract

The report propose the mechanisms of joint implementation of the basic educational program (BEP) by the university and employers within the framework of a two-level structure of specialists training. Options of the employers' participation in assessing the quality of BEP and the quality of graduate training are also presented. Concludes that, in order of effective the quality of training graduates at various levels, it is advisable to harmonize professional standards (goal) in which employers formulate criteria for the quality of graduate training and educational standards (means) in which the university together with employers formulate requirements for the content and quality of the BEP.
