Research on the Result Oriented Classified Talent Training Mode under the Background of Private Higher Vocational Education Enrollment Expansion

Abstract

As the new force of vocational education (VE), private higher vocational colleges (HVC) shoulder the responsibility of delivering high-quality skilled talents. China's private HVC start late and have a weak foundation. There are still many problems in the process of training performance-oriented talents, which need to be further explored. This paper will start from the analysis of the characteristics of private higher VE enrollment expansion, a detailed interpretation of the results-oriented research on the classification of personnel training mode under the background of private higher vocational enrollment expansion. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of the different grades of private higher VE participating in teaching, and comparing the influence of classified talent training on students, and discussing and analyzing the results, this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of classified talent training mode in the background of private higher vocational college enrollment expansion, which provides teaching guarantee for the teaching reform of private HVC.
