Abstract

As the new force of vocational education (VE), private higher vocational colleges (HVC) shoulder the responsibility of delivering high-quality skilled talents. 民办高职院校作为职业教育的生力军,肩负着培养高素质技能型人才的重任。中国民营HVC起步较晚,基础薄弱。在培养绩效型人才的过程中还存在许多问题,需要进一步探索。本文将从分析民办高等职业教育扩招的特点入手,详细解读以结果为导向的民办高职扩招背景下人才培养模式分类研究。本文通过对不同年级民办高职高专参与教学的情况进行调查分析,比较高职高专分级人才培养对学生的影响,并对结果进行探讨分析,提出了民办高职高专扩招背景下分级人才培养模式的改进策略,为民办高职高专教学改革提供教学保障。
