Performance Analysis of Equivalent Circuit on UWB Microstrip BPF

Abstract

Filter performance analysis is done with equivalent circuit of lumped element capacitor and inductor. The equivalent circuit represents each microstrip element. In this paper, the characteristic of UWB microstrip bandpass filter is analyzed through a equivalent circuit. The result of proposed equivalent circuit has the bandwidth response of 4.65 GHz ranges from the frequency of 1.5 GHz to 6.15 GHz.
