Furthermore, we develop the single step algorithm into multi-step based on Dijkstra Algorithm in order to resolve large-scale regional traffic overload. Abstract

3D beamforming is an important technic to enhance system capacity, in future communication system. However, with the rapid development of high speed data services, unexpected growth of traffic could develop in beams and create regional traffic congestion. Conventional hot-spot traffic relief methods do not apply to 3D beamforming network, it is necessary to study the hot-spot traffic relief problem in the new networking scenario.
