The experimental method was used by designing the control and experimental groups for its suitability to the nature of the research problem. The researcher identified the research sample on the third stage students the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, who are (20) students. The researcher determined the skill of crushing beating by looking at the external sources and references of the game. The skill of jumping was determined inclusive and open on the jumping table for students and some of the motor abilities and the kinematic variables the subject of the research. As for the tests that were identified, the researcher relied on the sources, references and previous research in determining the tests Occasion.
