Pharmaceutical production of Yakutia: problems and ways of the crisis

Abstract

Статья является продолжением авторского исследования по оценке экономического состояния и антикризисного управления фармацевтическими предприятиями. Одним из критериев для долговременной эффективности управления является устойчивое и непрерывное развитие промышленных предприятий, обеспечивающееся системой антикризисного управления с учетом использования конкурентных преимуществ, усиления потенциальных возможностей предприятий, отраслей, регионов, предоставляемых естественными, технологическими, ресурсными фундаментальными факторами развития. Современное развитие Дальневосточного региона должно обеспечиваться через систему антикризисного управления с учетом имеющихся факторов. Фармацевтическое производство представлено в большинстве регионов России. Основная часть предприятий сконцентрирована в европейской части России, где образованы несколько фармацевтических кластеров. На этом фоне в Дальневосточном макрорегионе фармацевтическое производство развито слабо. В работе проведен краткий анализ существующего фармацевтического производства в Республике Саха (Якутия), находящегося в условиях кризиса. Предложены варианты выхода из кризиса отрасли в Республике Саха (Якутия) через замещение активов и создание биофармацевтического кластера с учетом существующих кризисных факторов. Данное решение призвано сохранить отрасли в регионе, создать новые рабочие места и далее решить проблему обеспечения доступными и эффективными лекарственными препаратами, произведенными с применением уникального местного сырья в дальневосточном регионе. One of the criteria for the longterm effectiveness of management of such spatial transformations is the sustainable and continuous development of industrial enterprises, providing a system of crisis management, taking into account the use of competitive advantages, strengthening the potential of enterprises, industries, regions, provided by natural, technological, resource fundamental factors of development. The modern development of the Russian Far Eastern region should be provided through a system of crisis management, taking into account existing factors. The pharmaceutical industry is one of the drivers of modern industry development. In recent years, the pharmaceutical industry has one of the highest growth rates both in Russia and around the world. Pharmaceutical production is represented in most regions of Russia. The main part of the enterprises is concentrated in the European part of Russia, where several pharmaceutical clusters are formed. Against this background, pharmaceutical production in the Russian Far East is less developed. The paper presents a brief analysis of the pharmaceutical industry in the region, the analysis of the existing pharmaceutical production in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), which is in crisis. Options for the development of the industry in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) through the replacement of assets and the creation of a biopharmaceutical cluster, taking into account the existing crisis factors, are proposed. This solution is designed to strengthen the state of the industry in the region, create new jobs and solve the problem of providing affordable and effective medicines produced with the use of unique local raw materials in the Russian Far East.
