Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the effect size of the research that indicates the effect of the teachers' perceived organizational support on organizational outcomes and is to investigate whether the effect size to be obtained differs according to the sample region and educational level moderator variables by meta-analysis method. 23 researches, having appropriate data related to the effects of teachers’ perceived organizational support on organizational variables and coding strategy were included in this study.
