ELITE FORM OF GRAPEVINE TANA 73

Abstract

The results of studying of elite grapevine form bred by Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "North Caucasus Federal Scientific Center of Horticulture, Viticulture, Winemaking" (FSBSI NCFSCHVW) of wine direction of use − Tana 73 are presented. This form of grapevine for the production of competitive wine products was bred by crossing varieties Muscat Kubanskiy × Vertes Csilaga. The vintage of the elite form of Tanya 73 is used for the production of high-quality white quiet wines. The research results indicate the perceptivity of the elite form Tana 73 for the production of high-quality wine products, the expansion of the raw material base and the assortment of local varieties of domestic breeding.
