Abstract

After the incorporation of national universities, the evaluation result of the degree of achievement of a mid-term plan is reflected in the budget, and the progress management of a mid-term plan is very important for National University Corporation. However, progress management needs collection of a lot of data. For this reason, IR of Kyushu University built and uses the system for the progress management. Until now, although a lot of data is collected at the system, the quality of data is not enough for evaluation. There are the following two causes.
