Professional collaboration had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and the professional collaborative role mediating the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect.The results of this study are used as input for school leaders. Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of collaborative professionals in mediating the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data.
