Software development teams generally employ a variety of design techniques, processes, and tools to continually work towards quality code while balancing the overall time and budget demands of the project. The goal of CBR Insight (CBRI) is to provide an objective and understandable measure of software quality that can help guide decisions and direct limited resources during software acquisition, development, and sustainment.
