Abstract

Effective school leadership plays a crucial role in promoting a positive organizational culture and enhancing the quality of education in schools. This study aimed to evaluate the management skills and organizational culture of school heads in Southern Punjab. A quantitative research approach was used to gather information from the school head in Southern Punjab. A sample of 294 head teachers from southern Punjab was selected using a random sampling technique. The results showed that school heads in Southern Punjab have moderately high levels of management skills and moderately positive organizational cultures.
