Data were collected via Google Forms by sending them using different social media groups. Furthermore, regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Abstract

The major aim of this research was to determine the effect of organizational climate on teachers' self-efficacy at the secondary level in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJ&K).
