Application and Improvement of Agile Development in Intelligent Health Hut Software Project

Abstract

As a new software system, the Intelligent Health Hut software project is characterized by exploration, creativity, and uncertainty. This makes the traditional waterfall development model unapplicable, thus allowing the agile development idea that is lighter, more flexible, and more adaptable to dynamic changes to become the preferred management mode of the project. This paper introduces the application and improvement of the Scrum method based on the agile development idea in software project management from the aspects of team building, requirements management, change management, and iterative process management, along with the characteristics of the Intelligent Health Hut software project. So as to improve the project management efficiency and project quality of Intelligent Health Hut.
