Blood samples were taken through the brachial vein which is located on the inside of the chicken wing. Titer examination was carried out using the HI test (Hemagglutation inhibition) serological test method at the serological test laboratory of PT Akurat Diagnostik Indonesia. Based on this comparative descriptive research, the method used to analyze the data is the Mann-Whitney test and using SPSS. In closed house cages, the average AI antibody titer is 24.03 while in open house cages, the average AI antibody titer is 25.30. Chickens with an average antibody titer of > 24 were classified as protective against Avian Influenza.
