SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS IN RUSSIA

Abstract

Nowaday:; with the help of satellite communication and TV broadcasting 98,8% of the Russian populatioin watches TV programs from Moscow. Central newspapers and magazines are published in dozens of Russian cities with photo pictures received via satellite. Also radio programmes are broadcasting to radio centers via satellite. Phone connection network was made with the most important districts o'f Far East, Siberia, Far North.
