In this study was used survey cross- sectional, quantitative, and causal methods. The data was collected by using questionnaires and purposive sampling with sample size consist of forty-eight respondents. The unit of analysis was dry port firm and its employees as the unit of observation. A variance-based structural equation modeling was used in processing data. The results showed conformity with the study's purpose. In this study was also conducted further analysis and implications both theoretically and practically.
