The video computing consists of three parts: moving objects detecting, moving objects locating and moving objects tracking. Specifically, we propose an improved template matching algorithm to solve the global motion compensation problem while reducing the computing complexity. Abstract

Nowadays, mobility and flexibility are becoming more and more important in surveillance systems to deal with emergencies and contingencies.
