[Several parameters of growth of heterografts of human lung tumor in the subrenal capsule of CBA mice].

Abstract

28 species of human lung cancer of the III-IV stages were investigated. The maximal growth of heterotransplants was found for them with the initial area of 1.2-1.5 mm2. The analysis of the data obtained has shown that the samples of lung adenocarcinomas grow more slowly than those of squamous cell and small-cell carcinomas and also of carcinoid.
