This study is important because some view shows that there is a decline in the Indonesian education system in producing quality work force despite the Indonesian government's efforts to improve the well-being of teachers through improving the service scheme. The result shows that in terms of gender, age, education and length of service, that teachers have created a very good atmosphere of cooperation between teachers and between teachers and principals. Abstract

11, No. 3, Pg. Abstract This study is to explore the influence of cooperative atmosphere, work motivation and leadership style of principals on teacher job satisfaction.
