Abstract

The world's orders decay gradually, it does not happen suddenly. Today the world is on the way to a new world order, and the book by Richard N. Haass proves it convincingly. The Yalta-Potsdam system of international relations now is a part of the past and is being replaced by the world in a disarray. The United States of America have a chance to be among the leaders of the «world order 2.0», but before that they should do a massive homework, come to agreement with the other «big powers» and be flexible enough to face all the changes in the world. Are they ready enough for this?
