Then, the factors affected students’ error in translation were ignorance of ellipsis; unable to identify ellipsis, idiom, and lexical meaning; lack of strategy in translating ellipsis,  idiom, and lexical meaning; translating words per word; most students lack a strong background on the content of the text. Abstract

学生翻译英语文本的困难
目前,虽然有软件应用程序来辅助翻译,但仍然存在许多翻译问题。本研究的目的是找出宾库鲁国立伊斯兰学院英语系翻译错误的类型、学生翻译文本的困难,以及影响学生翻译错误的因素。本研究采用描述性定量方法。本研究结果表明,学生在翻译英语文本时遇到的困难主要是省略错误(67.29%)、习语(87.5%)和文本意义(73.54%)。学生在翻译中遇到的困难包括词汇量不足(87,50%)、伊斯兰文本翻译困难(75,00%)、文学作品翻译困难(66,66%)和语法问题(62,50%)。其次,影响学生翻译错误的因素有:忽略省略;不能识别省略号、习语和词汇意义;省略、习语和词义翻译缺乏策略;逐字翻译;大多数学生对课文内容缺乏扎实的背景知识。结果表明,学生在翻译过程中出现的错误有三类,翻译难点有四点,影响学生翻译错误的因素有六大。关键词:翻译,难点,英语文本
