A Performance Evaluation Model Based on AHP and Its Application

Abstract

In view of the problem that the internal performance of Chinese universities cannot be evaluated quantitatively and accurately, this paper develops a set of index system suitable for university performance evaluation. In the specific empirical analysis, we take the transformation evaluation of scientific and technological achievements as an example, design 3 first-level indicators and 8 second-level indicators, and determine the detailed level content. Then, combined with expert evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the weight of each factor in the index system is calculated and analyzed, and finally the performance evaluation scale is established. According to the output results, Yaahp is used to analyze the influencing factors of performance evaluation, and corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for different types of universities at the government level and university level, to provide scientific basis for university management.
