Abstract

In view of the problem that the internal performance of Chinese universities cannot be evaluated quantitatively and accurately, this paper develops a set of index system suitable for university performance evaluation. 基于层次分析法的企业绩效评价模型及其应用
针对我国高校内部绩效无法定量准确评价的问题,本文构建了一套适用于高校绩效评价的指标体系。在具体的实证分析中,我们以科技成果转化评价为例,设计了3个一级指标和8个二级指标,并确定了具体的等级内容。然后,结合专家评价法和层次分析法,对指标体系中各因素的权重进行计算和分析,最终建立绩效评价尺度。根据输出结果,运用Yaahp法分析绩效评价的影响因素,并针对政府层面和高校层面的不同类型高校提出相应的建议和对策,为高校管理提供科学依据。
