Abstract

Learning curve has been known as a method to describe the learning capability of an organization. This paper will investigate the impact of learning to assembly line capacity. A case study has been conducted in one of major car manufacturers in Indonesia. It produces variants of products and implements a mixed model assembly line. The purposes of this research are to identify the learning curve model and investigate its impact to assembly line capacity.
