Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to show the trajectory of rupture of Foucault’s thought and writings with phenomenology and the subsequent approach during his archaeological research of epistemology, making it the main theoretical-methodological and thematic reference in his writings of the sixties. Thus, it should be shown with this study how MichelFoucault’s archaeology of knowledge migrated towards French epistemology after taking a theoretical-methodological path out of phenomenology and, thus, becoming a history of science and knowledge marked by epistemological studies.Archaeology, Methodology, Epistemology, Phenomenology
