Abstract

This paper suggests a TPMS protocol applicable in general use, with solving problems from one-way communication as a disadvantage of the current TPMS protocols. Several bidirectional protocols are examined to design a protocol newly, after BLE is chosen through comparison between some protocols' advantages and disadvantages. According to the chosen protocol, TPMS protocol stack is designed, and various procedures such as registration procedure, data transmission procedure and so on are described in this paper.
