تصوّر مقترح لتقییم أداء قیادات الأقسام العلمیة بالجامعات من منظور الجودة والاعتماد A Suggested View about the Performance of the heads of scientific departments at universities According to Requirements of Quality and Accreditation

Abstract

هدف البحث الحالی إلى تقدیم تصور مقترح لتقییم جودة أداء قیادات الأقسام العلمیة بالجامعات، ولتحقیق هذا الهدف تم دراسة عدة أدلة فی معاییر جودة التعلیم العالی المعاصر، والتأکد من توافر أسس ومواصفات وشروط جودة الأداء والجدارة، والخصائص السیکومتریة لهذا التصور المقترح، وقد تشکل فی صورته النهائیة من (6) مکونات أساسیة و(17) بعدا و(81) ممارسة، وأوصى البحث بتزوید اتحاد الجامعات العربیة وهیئات التقویم والجودة والاعتماد لتجریب التصور المقترح، وتطبیقه فی الجامعات لتطویر نوعیة المسار الوظیفی بأقسامه العلمیة، وإحداث تغییرات لرفع کفاءته وتحقیق أهدافه فی المنافسة. This research aims at presenting a suggested view about the quality of the performance of the heads of scientific departments at universities. In order to achieve this aim, the researcher studies many pieces of evidence about the quality of the contemporary higher education. The researcher also makes sure about the availability of the bases and the requirements of good performance and eligibility. In addition, the researcher makes sure about the psychometrical aspects of this suggested view. In its final shape, the research is made up from six basic components, seventeen dimensions, and eighty-one practices. The research recommends sending the suggested view to the Association of Arab Universities and the bodies of evaluation, quality, and accreditation in order to test its validity and apply it in the universities to develop the quality of the career path and its different kinds in order to increase its effectiveness and achieve its aims in competition.
