Abstract
Objectives: This study was conducted to confirm the difference in learning effect according to the learning behavior style of students in the flipped learning class. Methods: A Self-reported survey was conducted on 50 students of the dental hygiene department in the 3rd year of university located in Cheonan. Data analysis was performed using SAS 9.4 program. Results: The students belonging to the leader type classification showed higher self-direction than the assistant type(p=0.016), and the presenter type showed higher learner confidence and instrument performance confidence than the assistant type(Learning Confidence p=0.027; Periodontal instrumentation Confidence p=0.007). Conclusions: In order to provide effective education for all students during the flipped learning, it is necessary to grasp the learning behavior style in advance and active professor feedback.
