Abstract
The paper discusses modeling of carbon nanotubes as dipole antennas. The current distribution on a nanotube dipole has been analyzed using the method of moment approach. Thus a graph depicting the variation of current magnitude with respect to the length of the wire has been obtained and compared with that of a regular micrometer radius dipole.
