These results can be used as a benchmark for employees in the cluster either to be promoted or rank, while employees in the cluster less are able to begiven employee performance training, in order to be better in the future. Abstract

 As a government agency related to education and culture, the Department of Education and Culture of Bengkayang Regency needs qualified employees in their performance.
