Three research questions and three null hypotheses guided the study. The research questions were answered using mean and grand mean scores, while the hypotheses were tested using t-test statistic at .05 level of significance and 286 degree of freedom. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study using a 20-item researcher developed instrument called; utilization of ICT in management questionnaire (UICTMQ). The population for the study comprised of all 1195 head teachers of all 1195 primary schools in Enugu State.
