As a result, it was found that degree of pleasure level and arousal level significantly increased after the exercise irrespective of the time of implementation. The change in feeling before and after the exercise, for both AM group and PM group, was as follows. After the exercise a trend was seen that the two-dimensional-coordinate shifted from “the area of apathy, dysphoria” to the “activity oriented area”. As for the description of the feeling before and after the exercise, much of it was about the feeling of unpleasantness and constipation before the exercise. After the exercise, however, much of it was about pleasantness.
