A ATUAÇÃO DA POLÍCIA CIENTÍFICA PARA A MANUTENÇÃO DO ESTADO DE PAZ SOCIAL NA REGIÃO DO ALTO VALE DO RIO DO PEIXE

Abstract

No decorrer dos anos, a Perícia Oficial no Estado de Santa Catarina passou por várias modificações em consonância com o desenvolvimento social e econômico das regiões em que está distribuída e crê-se que isso interfere diretamente no Bem-Estar da coletividade. Assim, de modo a promover uma política de segurança pública, na parte de Perícia Científica, que seja efetiva para salvaguardar os direitos sociais e estabelecer melhorias da qualidade de vida da população do Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe, pensou-se numa pesquisa de análise, levando em consideração o múltiplo processo sociocultural e de uso da segurança pública direcionada às especificidades desta região. Os objetivos deste trabalho estão sedimentados em determinar a abrangência dos atendimentos da Polícia Científica no que tange a população da Região do Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe e as variações criminais baseadas na realidade local comparando tal realidade com a teoria sociológica do conflito e do desvio. O método usado na pesquisa se calcou fortemente no caráter qualitativo, considerando a população, a cultura e as definições de bem-estar social e das teorias sociológicas relacionadas com o desvio de comportamento social comparados com uma coleta de dados fornecida pela Secretaria de Segurança Pública de Santa Catarina e uma entrevista semiestruturada direcionada para pessoas que atuam nas áreas da segurança da região do Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe. Nas considerações finais, propõe-se uma análise entre os dados estatísticos, a teoria sociológica do conflito e as entrevistas coletadas. ABSTRACT Over the years, the Forensic Police in the State of Santa Catarina have undergone several changes in line with the social and economic development of the regions in which it is distributed and it is believed that this directly interferes with the well-being of the community. Thus, in order to promote a public security policy, on the part of Scientific Expertise, that is effective to safeguard social rights and establish improvements in the quality of life of the population of the Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe, analysis research was considered, taking into account the multiple sociocultural processes and the use of public security directed to the specificities of this region. The objectives of this work are based on determining the scope of the Scientific Police services regarding the population of the Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe Region and the criminal variations based on the local reality, comparing this reality with the sociological theory of conflict and deviation. The method used in the research was strongly based on the qualitative character, considering the population, the culture and the definitions of social well-being and the sociological theories related to the deviation of social behavior compared with data collection provided by the Secretary of Public Security of Santa Catarina and a semi-structured interview aimed at people who work in the areas of security in the Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe region. In the final considerations, an analysis is proposed between the statistical data, the sociological theory of conflict, and the collected interviews.
