Khannour Battle 1889, Causes, Results, and Reactions in the Arabian Gulf: Documentary Research

Abstract

This study deals with the Battle named “Khanour Battle”, a Castle in the city of Abu Dhabi, which took place in January and February of 1889 between the Qatari and Abu Dhabi forces, which was not a regular battle between the tribes like other battles in the Gulf region at that period.
