Abstract

Data processing in the area of intelligent transport systems requires developing important ways of communication technology with emphasis on efficiency. Vehicles change their locality and occurrence over the time, it alters the entire network topology and influences communication possibilities. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the amount of transmitted data without any loss of information value. Each element can provide a lot of data, which have mostly sensorical background.
