Rather unknown and many times treated as a work that does not characterize the creation of the architect Ion Mincu, the house of doctor Alexandru Vitzu has generated many debates regarding architecture, but above all in what concerns the exact situation of the construction, disappeared from the Bucharest architectural landscape following the numerous systematizations started at the end of the 19th century.
