Risk Assessment on Agricultural Products Logistics Financial Based on FAHP

Abstract

Agricultural products logistics finance is a new variety of financial business in China's commercial banks. However, it still faces many challenges in the reality. In order to fill in the blank of new field, the model of evaluating agricultural products logistics financial risk was built in the paper using the method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) on the basis of establishing agricultural products logistics financial risk factors. Through combined quantitative and qualitative methods, we had made comprehensive analysis and evaluation aimed at agricultural products logistics financial risk. The results showed that management mechanism was the main risk in numerous risk factors. So it is necessary to further analysis for these effects of agricultural products logistics financial business factors to decrease and avoid risk as far as possible. We hope that our work could help the banks reduce their financial risk. Moreover we try to bring forth suggestion for the agricultural products logistics financial market to develop healthily.
